DJ Guthrie
The Owner, Creator and ALPHA…
DJ hails from Dallas, Texas and made his way to LA after dancing with the Orlando Ballet for 9 seasons while getting his BA at Rollins College in International Business. Since then DJ has appeared in films such as High School Musical 3, 500 Days of Summer, Shrek Forever After and The Greatest Muppet Movie Ever as well as made television performances on Glee, Dancing With The Stars, Jimmy Kimmel Live, The Video Game Awards, American Idol, Bones, Better With You, The CMA Christmas Show, America’s Got Talent, The 81st Academy Awards, Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader: Making the Team and So You Think You Can Dance. He has also co-choreographed/danced in commercials and live performances for Ford, McDonald’s, Taylor Swift, Carrie Underwood and Memorial Hermann. DJ was also a part of the national touring company of CATS. He toured with Glee Live for the first of their two tours and was a choreographer for the TV show “Your Chance to Dance” on CMT. He was on a creative team for the Miss Angola pageant in Africa in 2014 as well as for Nike in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Aside from working commercially, he travels with the dance convention LA Dance Magic and teaches master classes for studios and professional companies all over the world. His innovative approach to musicality and movement theory, extensive technical vocabulary and blend of several styles into one has gained him a continually growing following. The creation of LUX, Ensō, LUX DT and The Howling is something that he hopes will bring inspiration, education and innovation to the dance industry and for the future generations to come.
Renee ritchie
Renee Ritchie’s training began at Jeninaʼs Dance Workshop in Tasmania, Australia, at age 5. After moving to Sydney to study full-time dance at Brent Street Studios, Renee continued to pursue her career all the way to Los Angeles in the USA. With hard work, persistence and continuing to put herself out there, Renee made it onto television show So You Think You Can Dance Australia Season 3 reaching the Top 12 which catapulted her very successful career as a dancer and choreographer.
Renee has worked with artists in Australia such as Kylie Minogue, Redfoo, Kelly Clarkson, Tina Arena, Jessica Mauboy, Ricki-Lee Coulter, Timomatic and more; and has performed on TV shows in Australia and America like Perry Mason(HBO), Latin Grammys, So You Think You Can Dance (Channel Ten), X-Factor, People’s Choice Awards, Dance Academy, Australiaʼs Got Talent, Mardi Gras, Australian Idol, Kids Choice Awards, Footy Show Australia and more….
Renee’s dedication and perseverance, along with applying her skills and talents have successfully led her to work for international artists such as Jennifer Lopez, Paula Abdul, Chloe Flower, Stevie Mackey, Major Lazer, MO, J-Balvin, Farruko, Wisin, Nicky Jam, Omi, Fitz, the Tantrums and more. Renee has also been featured working on The Ellen Show and The Late Late Show with James Corden in the USA.
Renee’s professional performance career also stems from being a renowned choreographer. Having choreographed on Season 4 of So You Think You Can Dance Australia, music videos for Dami Im’s “Fighting For Love”, Paula Abdul’s 2018 “Straight Up” Tour and LA pride performance. Renee has also been an assistant choreographer on Jennifer Lopez’s “All I Have” and Britney Spears’ “Domination” Las Vegas shows.
During the pandemic Renee continued to work in Los Angeles in the toughest of times. She was associate choreographer with creative director Marvin Brown on MGA’s billion dollar company, LOL Surprise Dolls. Renee was on the creative team of launching LOL Surprise Remix Dance Show in 3D on YouTube during the pandemic. Continuing her success during these times Renee has just recently choreographed on the Tauren Wells “Citizens of Heavens” Tour in Nashville with the show ready to take the stage touring 23 cities across America in 2021. Renee is also set to fly internationally to choreograph for YouTube star and Amazon sensation Blippi in Saudi Arabia at D23 (Disney fan club convention), Dubai and London.
Renee is an international professional that continues to up level her work skills, traveling and working with the world’s biggest names in the entertainment industry.
Traveling around the USA Renee also teaches and judges dance competitions for multiple companies: TMilly, KAR regionals and Nationals Dance Competition, Rainbow Dance Competition, LUX, and many more. Renee continues to share her knowledge with the younger generation of today. She has a passion for teaching and mentoring anyone with the driving desire of becoming a professional dancer. Not only Australia-wide but also internationally. Renee offers the tools and skills it takes to become a professional in this industry, holding her 3-month mentorship program in Los Angeles called “Dance International” at prestigious school AAFTA (American, Arts, Film and Television Academy). Renee is the Creative Director of this incredible Mentorship held at AAFTA and looks forward to guiding many more young performers on their international journeys.
kelsey landers
Kelsey Landers grew up in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania where she trained and competed in many different styles of dance starting at the age of seven. She achieved various scholarships and titles throughout her training process and knew at a young age of thirteen she wanted to make dance her profession. Kelsey is currently living in Los Angeles where she is pursuing her career as a dancer and educator. She has toured throughout Europe with The Bad Boys of Dance in the show “Rock the Ballet” and shortly following she toured Italy in a company created by Daniel Ezralow called “OPEN.” This gave her the opportunity to perform as a soloist at the Lincoln Center in New York City with a show directed by Daniel called “Pearl”. She has been featured in several television commercials and music videos and has danced on television shows such as “The Mindy Project,” “Austin & Ally,” and “Gilmore Girls.” She has performed for artists including Ariana Grande, John Legend, Nicki Minaj, Katy Perry, Carly Rae Jepsen, “The Backstreet Boys” and has done various stage performances including “Shaping Sound Dance Company,” Jaci Royal’s “Royal Flux,” Chris Scott’s “League of Extraordinary Dancers,” “Teen Choice Awards,” the “Emmy Awards,” the “Grammy Awards,” the “ACM Awards,” & “Wango Tango.” Kelsey is confident that her driven passion for life and dance will help her reach and achieve her goals as a dancer, dedicated teacher, and choreographer.
